The Briefing: Alexandros & Vassia entrusted us to create the brand identity of their two new luxury villas in Corfu / Greece, villa Oliva and villa Lunaria. They asked for a modern identity with references on the family and local legacy.
The Design: The name Bolla D’oro, came up from the emperor’s seal wax stamp he used to sign papers during the Roman Empire. This way they entrust their guest for the quality of the services they provide. Inspired from the emperor figure, the imperial crown and the Alexandro’s family emblem, we try to create a modern symbol of a crown, combined with a round text element to replicate the seal shape. We used colors of the surrounding area on various papers to add texture and luxury to the identity.
